Aisling Bea is one of the most renowned and rich Comedian who was born on March 16 1984, in Kildare Ireland. Bea was on the show with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) is better known by her stage name Aisling Bea, is a popular Irish actor, writer and comedian. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British television series from 2009 Bea started her professional career as a stand-up comic in the year 2011. As early as 2012 she was on sitcoms or sketch comedy. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following the win of an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 and 2017, she was a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, in addition to being a performer in the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Her parents are Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her older sister was born. In 2012, she was the second female to receive the So You Believe you're Funny award. Bea Her maiden name, which is her birth name, is a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian took his life when he was just three years old. He was a horse vet. Bea wasn't told the details of how he passed to death until she was 13 years old. The stage name she chose was Bea to pay tribute to her father who passed away. Bea also published an article published in The Guardian on her family's suicide story. Bea's mother Helen, who is also a jockey-trainer and former pro jockey was responsible for raising her and Sinead. She and her family loved horses, race meetings and the racing industry. As a young girl, Bea worked as an instructor for the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early stage that she was not interested in the racing industry as a career and instead enjoyed performing.
